Well thanks to you i decided to play bass im only 16 and ive been playing it for like 3 weeks im wondering, any tips to be able to get good at it, im a pretty good singer and im kinda getting pressed to play bass and do vocals,lessons are expensive lol.
Lessons are good, but you can learn so much on your own. Building up dexterity in both hands is key. Google some articles on bass and guitar finger exercises. Practice the hell out of em & use a metronome to build speed. Track down tabs of some of your favorite basslines and learn them. Listen for the bass on your favorite records. I learn most from listening these days.
